PRICING
Simple volume pricing. Premium execution.
Ordinary junk removal is priced by truck volume. If our crew has to retrieve, sort, bag, dismantle, or carry items from inside the property, cleanout labor is added. Specialty, contaminated, demolition, and dense-material work is priced separately.
Ordinary junk removal
These are our working launch rates for ordinary, non-contaminated junk that can be loaded directly. Final pricing is confirmed before loading.
| Load | Price |
|---|---|
| Minimum pickup | $300 |
| 1/4 load | $600 |
| 1/2 load | $900 |
| 3/4 load | $1,200 |
| Full load | $1,500 |
Weight, material type, special disposal items, and unusual conditions can affect pricing.
When cleanout labor applies
If the junk is not staged for direct loading and our crew has to enter the property to retrieve it, the job becomes a cleanout.
Direct-load pricing
Best fit when items are staged curbside, driveway-side, outdoors, or in an immediately accessible garage or loading area.
Cleanout labor
$140 per worker-hour. A standard two-technician cleanout crew is $280 per hour, with a one-hour minimum.
Access affects time
Stairs, long carries, elevators, sorting, bagging, disassembly, and tight access are reflected primarily through labor time rather than a maze of small surcharges.
Items and conditions that price differently
Special disposal items
Mattresses, refrigerant appliances, electronics, tires, propane cylinders, and certain oversized or heavy items can carry additional handling or disposal charges.
Heavy mixed loads
Dense mixed loads may be priced above standard household volume rates. Concrete, masonry, soil, shingles, tile, and similar dense materials require manual weight-based pricing.
Contamination or hazards
Rodent droppings, bodily fluids, feces, needles, chemicals, active infestation, strong contamination, or other specialty conditions require specialist review and are not priced as ordinary junk.
Commercial and recurring accounts
Commercial customers are not automatically discounted. Qualifying accounts may receive Preferred Vendor Pricing when annual job volume or spend creates real operating efficiency. Preferred pricing applies to qualifying standard volume charges, not specialty labor, demolition, contamination, equipment, or unusual disposal costs.
Why a quote can change
Truck volume is only one variable. Weight, interior retrieval, stairs, long carries, specialty disposal, contamination, demolition, and conditions that differ from submitted photos can all change the final scope.
The fastest price usually starts with photos.
For ordinary junk, send clear photos of the full area, a second angle, large items, and the loading path. Difficult or specialty conditions get human review.
