CONTAMINATED JUNK REMOVAL & SPECIALTY CONDITIONS

Some junk needs more than ordinary hauling.

Rodent-affected contents, gross filth, pest contamination, heavily soiled materials, difficult odors, and other unusual property conditions can change how a cleanout should be handled.

Conditions we commonly review

Rodent-Affected Contents

Furniture, boxes, stored contents, garages, basements, attics, and other material affected by rodent activity or droppings.

Gross Filth & Heavy Soiling

Contents and spaces affected by long-term accumulation, spoiled material, heavy residue, animal-related conditions, or difficult odors.

Pest-Affected Cleanouts

Cleanouts where insects, nesting, damaged stored contents, or other pest-related conditions change the removal plan.

Condition determines the removal plan.

A clean item and a heavily affected item are not the same removal job. Pests, waste, odor, saturation, material condition, access, and disposal requirements can change handling time and the type of service needed.

Some jobs may also need post-removal cleaning after the contents are gone. We scope that separately so the customer can see exactly what work is being performed.
